 We realize that not everyone wants to be an Independent Traveller! Many of you would like to join a group tour with absolutely everything taken care of so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday!

Kiwiway Escorted Touring is designed for those travellers who would like to:

• Travel as part of a group and make new friends on your journey
• Visit not only the popular sightseeing activities, but your coach captains will also delight in showing you special places that many visitors miss
• Use the expertise of your own coach captain and coach – you have your own coach throughout the tour, a skilled driver who provides interesting commentary and tips for optional activities and places to shop!
• Follow set departure dates

Included in your Kiwiway Escorted holiday:

• Meet and greet on arrival at the airport and transfer to your hotel
• Quality ‘standard’ (3-3.5 star) level hotel accommodation on a single or twin/double share basis
• Feature dinners in Queenstown and Rotorua, with the option of adding daily breakfasts and dinners if
  required
• Travel in a luxurious, well-appointed, air-conditioned coach
• Fully escorted by your coach captain and commentary provided
• A complimentary travel kit including a travel bag, ticket wallet, maps and itinerary
• Pre- and post-tour accommodation (1 night either side)
• Scheduled departure dates

We feature 4 itinerary options (North bound and South bound). Options are available to join or leave at any point during an itinerary. Additional nights may be added at the start or end of each itinerary. Accommodations and changes to an itinerary are not permitted as they are part of a group itinerary.

Terms and Conditions
Booking / Deposits: A NZ$100 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to travel, or at time of booking (if booking within 45 days of travel).

Cancellations: Up to 35 days prior to travel, the non-refundable deposit of NZ$100 per person is the only cancellation fee. After this, in addition to the non-refundable deposit of NZ$100 per person, the following fees will apply:
Between 44 and 21 days prior to travel - 20% of the total cost
20 to 11 days prior to travel - 50% of the total cost
Within 10 days of travel start date - 100% of the total cost

Special discounts will apply to optional tours offered by your driver and wll supercede the Kiwiway Discount booklet offers.

Domestic Flights: Are not included in tour prices.

Please note: All hotels have been chosen to complement the itinerary and ensure a consistent level of service. Allotments are held at all hotels, however seasonal variation may necessitate minor changes to hotel standards. These will be made to the best advantage with appropriate adjustment to costs.
