For every Kiwiway Vacation package, the first arrival transfer in New Zealand will be with a private chauffeur-driven car and driver - this means when you arrive after a long flight, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall at the airport when you come through with a sign and your name to greet you. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and hand over your travel documents from us, including your itinerary and vouchers. Your driver will also go through the documents with you to ensure you are completely comfortable with the arrangements we have made, will transfer you to your hotel and assist with check in.
For the remainder of your tour, a true 'seat in coach' style touring will be offered. A premier fleet of coaches operates on the main tourist routes,with coaches varying slightly on some secondary routes. All hotel pick up and drop offs are included each day, whether the coach itself collects you from your hotel or an additional taxi/shuttle transfer is required to transport you to meet your coach at the depot - you will not have to pay for any additional transfers to complete the itinerary you have purchased. |
